• Stripe — to process payments securely.
• Calendly — to manage session bookings and scheduling.
• Google Meet — to host video coaching sessions.
• Google Workspace — for business email correspondence.
• Vercel and Cloudflare — to host this website and keep it secure.

5. Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. When you use the booking calendar on our Book page, Calendly may set its own cookies to enable that calendar to function — please see Calendly's privacy policy for details.

6. Confidentiality of Coaching Sessions

We understand the personal nature of coaching. Anything you share during a coaching session remains strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary:

• Client records: retained for up to 6 years after our work together ends, in line with standard UK accounting requirements.
• Enquiries that don't lead to a booking: retained for 12 months, then securely deleted.

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Ask us to delete your personal data, where there's no good reason for us to keep it.
